A small update on Reiki offerings: As I complete the practical integration of my Reiki Level 2 certification, the by-donation sessions will be coming to a close on May 31st. Standard Reiki sessions will transition to $111 moving forward. Thank you to everyone who has participated in and supported this chapter of my Reiki practice.

Outside of my practice, I’m someone who’s learned to appreciate slower, quieter ways of being. You’ll often find me out in nature, exploring trails, gardening, foraging, or spending time by the water. While my life has leaned more inward in recent years, I still hold a love for creative and shared experiences like live music, theatre, art, and community gatherings, and I’m gently finding my way back to those spaces.
